What was your first encounter with Theatre and the experience it gave you?

My first encounter was when I was . I joined my schools drama club my then coach was Royston Tan and my first drama was about madstressed people where we had to say our lines in seconds. It was fun, and from then on, I did other things. Though Ive learnt that I am not really great at acting, it has taught me to be confident and helped me in speaking in front of large crowds. I do not have a problem with speaking in front of people since joining drama club. brbrThe other thing Ive learnt is that its not easy to be on stage acting in front of people and its tiring. I really respect stage actors and performers now because of their passion for the arts and their commitment to what they do.
